What types of inspections do you offer?

What kind of report do you provide and how soon can I expect my inspection report?
We provide an electronic report with photos and written narratives, but bound hardcopies can be provided at cost. Most reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of your inspection, so you can make informed decisions fast.
Can I attend the inspection?
Absolutely, by all means! We encourage our clients to join the inspection; in fact, we prefer that they do. Not only does it provide you a great chance to ask questions, but it also allows you to see your property in another light with the inspector.
